Here’s a polished review you can post: I had a great experience with Parker’s Collision. When I first saw the damage to my car, I expected the repairs to be much more extensive and expensive than they ended up being. From start to finish, everyone was unbelievably kind, professional, and easy to work with. When I picked up my vehicle, they took the time to walk me through everything that had been repaired before I left the lot. They also made it clear that if I noticed any issues or had any questions, I should contact them right away. That level of customer service really stood out. Hopefully I won’t need any major collision repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Parker’s Collision again.

This place is incredible. Service and quality were top notch. I do know the owner but not incredibly well and reached out to him to help with my 2016 tahoe. The rear left quarter panel was falling off and that means the whole back bumper needed to be replaced. They scheduled around my work schedule, offered a rental service in their office, and they were finished faster than they originally promised. The quality was spot on and the paint matched perfectly. I picked up a clean car (it hasn't looked this good since I bought it) and they even had a little thank you gift for me in the passenger seat. Since this wasn't an accident, I had to pay out of pocket and can't comment on insurance claims but I know they work with insurance companies. As a business owner, I am always curious how employees feel about where they work. I asked the gentleman helping me (Walt) about his experience working there and he could not have been more complimentary. When your employees are happy, they treat customers well and that is exactly how Walt treated me. I hope I don't have to use them again but if I do, I know I will be in great hands.

What can I say about Parker's Collision? Being a bit frazzled after someone backed into me I arrived and was greeted by Walt who provided an estimate. I was told parts would need to be ordered and was given a return date which was kept. They kept in communication during the work, and made arrangements for a rental car. The car was returned on the date promised and the work was impeccable. My takeaway. This business, the staff and owner Tram are genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction, and it shows in their interaction with the customer and in the quality of their work. Friendly, professional, and alert to all the details. I would definitely do business here again. I highly recommend this business.

Thank you to Parker's Collision Center for fixing my Hyundai Santa Fe after my car accident. Management was very helpful during the process of working with my insurance company. Also thank you to Alan Whittemore for keeping me informed throughout the whole process. My car looked excellent when I got it back. It was fixed as well as cleaned inside and out.

Fast estimate with no appointment needed. They handle everything with the insurance company for you. Superior Quality work! I had my truck back in 16 days. They even offered to deliver it back to me. Super Nice Staff. They made time for me when I needed an estimate and had my truck ready before the time they had promised.
